PRODUCT INFORMATION

Prices of goods and services, and delivery and other charges displayed on the jeremyville.com website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed. Due to weekends, public holidays and general holiday periods, there may be times when this may take a little longer.

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCEDURES

After each item is added to your cart, your shipping charge will be displayed as a separate line in the shopping cart page. Shipping charges vary depending on package size and weight.

When you click on CHECKOUT, you can choose to checkout as a guest or as a registered customer. You will then proceed to the next step, filling out the billing address and shipping details form. Please make sure that all of your details are correct.

Registering an account with us will fill in your billing details for all future purchases. You can also view and manage your orders and we can also keep you updated on any news or specials from the Jeremyville Corner Store.

Once the billing and shipping details form is complete, you can proceed to checkout.
Please double check all of your details are correct before processing the transaction. A confirmation email will then be sent to you, including the estimated delivery time of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use USPS and Australia Post for all our domestic and international shipping. Depending on where we are shipping to, please allow between 10-14 working days for delivery

TRACKING DELIVERIES

Regular Post and Standard Airmail have very limited to no tracking services, and NO insurance. In the event of an unusual delay, the Jeremyville Corner Store will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing mis-directed items, but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. The customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of an order.

Please visit Australia Post or USPS to track your order (if applicable).

DELIVERY DETAILS

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. The products are delivered to the delivery address specified on your transaction, and we cannot be responsible for packages that are mis-directed due to any address information being omitted or entered incorrectly by the customer. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please also ensure that you include your entire shipping address (including your company name if applicable, street number and name, suite/apartment number, building floor/level, city, state/region, postal code and country). If it does not fit into the fields given, please type it out completely in the comments box. We recommend that you have your packages shipped to a secure location, with PO Boxes being preferable to street addresses where possible.

It is always a good idea to check with your local postal carrier and/or post office to make sure that they are not holding the package for you. If your package is returned to us, we will send it out to you again, but we will re-charge you for the postage cost. Alternatively, if you live in an apartment building or dorm, please check with your apartment manager or R.A, as often they accept packages on your behalf.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

For international customers, some countries may also charge Customs fees on your package. This is beyond our control, and therefore all of the Customs and duty charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be responsible for additional charges levied by your local Customs officials.

RETURNS

Because of the collectible nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

Many of the products we sell are either hand-assembled, limited editions or painted, and as such, often have slight blemishes or variations from the photographs on our store. Returns for minor cosmetic defects or damaged packaging will not be accepted. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, and this is proven to be our fault, we will refund the original product price via the original method of payment, or alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost..

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to the Jeremyville Corner Store.

If you need to return damaged merchandise you must first email us at sales@jeremyville.com and explain the reason for your return. When e-mailing, please include your name, address and date you purchased the item, as well as photographs or a description of the extent of the damage to the product. We will then contact you with further instructions.
